Club Registration

Clubs register swimmers, coaches, and officials through the Swimming Canada Registration and Events Management System (REMS).

REMS Access Forms must be submitted for all Admin Users – sharing usernames and passwords is not permitted.

Admin accounts will be activated following the completion of the affiliation process.

Note: the URL is different for Registrants and Administrators. Please ensure you click the correct link - if you accidently click the wrong one, you can change to the correct one by clicking “Not an Administrator? Click here for Member Area” at the top of the page or “Not Looking for member login? click here for Admin Login” at the bottom of the page. Additionally if you are a Registrant and an Administrator, you will have different logins.

Users or Members include Swimmers/Family, Coaches, and Officials. Please wait for information from your club before your proceed with registration in REMS. If you have questions about registration, please contact your club.
