Two more Provincial Records for Cassandra Brassard
Cassandra Brassard broke the 13 & 14 year old girls 100 Back Short Course provincial record twice yesterday with a time of 1:03.51 in prelims and then in finals with a time of 1:03.21 while competing as Team Sask at the 2010 Paul Bergen Junior International Meet in Portland Oregon.
Just 2 weeks ago Cassandra broke this same record twice, while competing at the Canada Cup in Toronto; lowering it then to 1:04.16. Now she has swum faster again this weekend to break it twice more! Great work Cassandra. Cassie’s time of 1:03.21 tied her for 10th position in the Women’s Open 100 back

Ten Saskatchewan swimmers are at this meet, as part of the Swim Sask High Performance program. Swim Saskatchewan has sent a High Performance team to Portland for the last 7 years.
